Hello and welcome back, this is just a little update and check in really but firstly I would like to wish everyone a Happy Easter!

I know and understand that times are hard at the moment, with not being able to go out and visit family at these special times, but it's so important to resit the urge to listen to what we are being told to save life's and help all the key workers, they are working around the clock to make sure that we have NHS and empty bins, post, medication, teachers to look after the key workers children so they can help us and all they are asking is for us to stay in until this blows over so lets help them by staying in and staying safe.

We are lucky I think not the fact this is happening but the fact that it's happening in time where we are all able to communicate with each other still, we are able to use things like phones, computers, tablets to talk to each other have shared face time no we can't cuddle and see in person but this is much better than not being able to see each other and speak to each other at all! so please please stay home.

I also thought I would share with you why I haven't put a post up for a little while as you may of noticed, this is because I ran out of my depression medication which completely my fault I didn't relies I was getting low and forgot to put in a repeat prescription so then I had to wait a week until I was able to get them which made my mental health drop and I struggled to deal with it which is understandable with everything going on, and this is why I haven't done any post I hope you can understand.

I'm now back on my medication and I'm feeling a lot better thank god, I wasn't sleeping and was haven a lot of panic attacks which was scary and going through the day with about 3 hours sleep behind me.

I wasn't in the best place but I'm back to my crazy self and just felt I should explain what had been happening also I thought by sharing my story it might help others that might be struggling, I can't be the only one who struggles with everything that is going on at the moment, so please feel free to leave a comment underneath and share your story.
