With Christmas fast approaching how are you feeling about it with all the new rules in place and guidelines?
I have to admit it feels a little different this year, with everything affected, mental health physical health, and money and so much more.
lots of people over the pandemic have lost jobs homes and many other things have been affected as well.
so for many people, they are not just worried about the normal stresses of Christmas but other things on top.
some people have lost homes and maybe living in temporary accommodation, or lost jobs and struggling with normal day to day bills. which is creating and a lot more stress than normal. But I wanted to remind you it's still ok not to be ok some people feel that they have to be stronger at these times when actually it's the worse time of the year. some people might have lost a loved one or someone close to them.
I wanted to remind you that just because it's Christmas nothing stops it's all the same but there is support out there if you feel you need support don't feel ashamed or embarrassed it's ok.
I just wanted to leave some support in case you need it don't feel you are being week thing's are hard at the moment anyway don't suffer alone.
